Bernard Fox (born 11 May 1927) is a Welsh-American film and television actor. His 34 film credits over 43 years (through 1999) include two, separated by 39 years, each revolving around the sinking of RMS Titanic, the last of which was the hit movie Titanic with Leonardo di Caprio. Fox played the warlock Dr. Bombay on the situation comedy Bewitched and Col. Crittenden on the TV show Hogan's Heroes. He was also a frequent guest on the Andy Griffith Show. He has been married to his wife Jacqueline since 1961.
